Great resort and wonderful staff

My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our 25th anniversary at the Fairmont Maldives. The experience was truly magnificent and we enjoyed our time. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, accommodating and genuinely nice. I highly recommend this resort to others without any hesitation.

Amazing Vacation!

We had the best time on our honeymoon! The staff was all so kind and helpful to us. During our stay, the main restaurant was closed for renovations, so I felt slightly limited on our dining options, but it was not a big deal, as the other restaurants were lovely. Ninni, our villa host, was very kind and helpful in scheduling activities!

It is a beautiful resort, however the service needs a lot of improvement

Loved the rooms, its so spacious and we loved that we got two bicycles for both me and my spouse. Its very green too. Food needs to be improved and service needs to be improved a lot. F&B made mistakes mixing up our orders every time. and they could not follow any requests given. it just needs a lot of improvement.

I can't even describe in words the beauty of this place and the service level of the staff. Looks like even the impossible get made possible there. Despite being so remote anything you can imagine is available. I will definitely return there...

Amazing staff and beautiful resort!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. The food was terrific, we tried almost every dish and everything was phenomenal. The resort and rooms were beautiful, we stayed in both a beach suite and over the water bungalow to experience both.

Very bad

On arrival where all the resorts welcome you with more than 6 people singing and playing the drums there was only 2 as if you're entering a normal place after that our host took us so instead of showing us the island we where driving so fast to pick up another unsatisfied customer then we went back to the entrance to drop her after that we started the tour in the island that's really a hell of a welcome guys !!!! The villa in the lagoon is so old even we had hard time sleeping from the sound of the AC No complementaries bad food and lack of restaurants I've been in smaller islands before and i take my team every year to maldives around 20 couples and we had very nice experiences but with you guys it was the worst I'm a member of accor so they also refused to ad my points Also i had a bad experience with you in Movenpick beirut Construction work during our stay !!!!! Parking payable !!!!!

Absolutely fantastic

Hospitality is great. Moment we step up out of Male’ international airport till drop off back to airport , was taken care by the Fairmont team was amazing . Had such a great experience in one of the remotest islands. Dedicated staff exclusive to each villa and their service is great . In our case , it is Jhina , who has taken absolute care, who followed up our well being till we returned back to Australia . Highly recommended resort for best getaway.

Great experience at Fairmont Maldives

A great experience at Fairmont Maldives. Staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. Nothing was too much hassle for staff. The water villa we stayed at was incredible. The villa came with bicycles which was great as we could cycle around the resort. The food at the restaurants was great. Unfortunately, the main buffet restaurant was closed due to refurbishment but there were still plenty of options at the other restaurants. The staff at both restaurants made us feel welcome and the service was great. There were plenty of activities to do on resort and water activities as well such as dolphin watching and snorkelling.
