From the moment of arrival to our departure, we experienced fantastic service from check in/out, housekeeping, and food services. Breakfast catered for all preferences and wait staff were extremly attentive and friendly. Our room was everything I expected - wonderful view of the harbour and Marina Bay (especially at night), and a very comfortable King bed. Would definitely come back to the Fairmont Singapore
Not just Fairmont but whole SG prices have gone up so much. S500 before tax per night, without breakfast. Really? Service is so so as you can see clearly short of staff.
The Hotel Manager / Duty Manager was very attentive and professional. Moreover, communication was extremely professional and courteous. The Hotel is also located in an excellent position with outstanding facilities. I would highly recommend it to others.

It’s been and extreme pleasure to stay at Fairmont Hotel! The whole experience is something that my family and I will remember as a fantastic get away to Singapore! Staff is amazing, service is mind blowing! I want to come back asap!
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, curtious, and nice and where very helpfull.
The staff were incredible, especially Bernard in the Gold lounge. Room was spacious but lacked anywhere to store clothes - eg chest of draws which made 'living out of a suitcase' a reality

I have visited the Fairmont Singapore a few times over the years for business and pleasure, and it never fails to impress me. From the ease of check-in and friendliness of staff, to the quality of accommodation, I am always relaxed after my stay there.
