Spa Environment
The Fairmont Spa is a place to restore your energy and relax. For your peace and privacy, mobile phones are not permitted. If you would like to receive messages during your time with us, please let one of our colleagues know and we would be happy to assist. Our spa experiences are designed for guests 18 years and over.
Spa Arrival and Etiquette
Spa guests with an 11am appointment should arrive at 10:45am to check in to the Spa, and will enjoy access to the Spa amenities for up to one hour after your treatment. For all other appointment times, you are invited to arrive up to one hour before your scheduled treatment to enjoy the Spa amenities prior. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience. Guests are encouraged to leave jewelry and other valuables at home or in your Hotel room, and only bring what you need for your visit. The Spa is a quiet environment. Thank you in advance for maintaining Spa voices and silencing personal devices.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will also be asked to complete a health history form so we can better customize your experience to your needs. Please be assured that our hotel and Spa's common spaces are cleaned to the highest standards. Using EPA registered disinfecting chemicals effectively prevents the transmission of all viruses and pathogens, including COVID-19.
