    You are now in Lake Louise, 141 miles (228 km) from Jasper
    Leaving Lake Louise, exit onto Hwy 93. Keep your eyes open, because the sign for Hwy 93 is easy to miss. Drive for 228 km - get your camera ready!
    You are now entering Jasper. At the lights, turn right and follow the signs
    The exit for The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is after the town site on your right
    You'll cross a black steel bridge and follow the Old Lodge Road

Terrible stay.

The rooms are extremely dated and have no AC. I was supposed to be given an upgrade according to the All Accor app, instead my (non-upgraded) room took an additional hour to get ready. Called multiple shuttles over my stay which never showed up. Waste of money. Never again.

Service not what I am used to with Fairmonts

The services provided were not to the standard I came to expect through multiple Fairmont stays. We stayed for our anniversary as a short day trip and were not treated well. We were not able to check-in until 430, and when requesting a potential late check-out due to massages booked with the Spa, we were told it was not possible. I understand it was a busy weekend but we requested 1 hour which is not unusual, and we are normally granted it especially when using services at the facility. Also, requested water bottles at the front desk and were told that they were out, and no alternatives were provided in the evening. Overall, it was disappointing and not worth the high price paid to stay at JPL.

Very disappointed with the accommodation

Being a Fairmont hotel we were expecting a high standard and what we got was very far from this. The setting is lovely however the accommodation is not - run down and very second rate. Just awful in my opinion and if I had my time again I certainly wouldn’t stay here.

"Summer Camp for Adults!!"

This is a tremendously well-rounded experience … great service, food, location, things to do … my family and I only wish that we could spend more time exploring everything! One facet to be lauded is the outstanding service-orientation of all of the staff. I cannot compliment Marc Wawrin (General Manager) enough … his process of selecting the staff is beyond spectacular.

Disorganized and too hot

I had asked for an early check in days before because I was arriving with two newborn twins. Everyone else in my wedding party got early check in except me, my room was not ready over an hour past check in ! Then, the crib and microwave I pre ordered to be in the room was not there. The rooms were extremely hot without AC and the reception venue was also hot without AC, especially for the price that is charged per night for minimal comfort.

Rooms were a shock

Paid $1000 for no A:/c. Person who booked didn't even inform. Reply on proving was that it's not required as it gets cold in the night. So now Hotel decides if we need A/c or no. Room was full of mosquitos.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff Our room was not available at the time we tried checking in after 5pm and this delay was very frustrating as our children are young and we had arrived after a long drive. Nothing was offered to compensate or make up for this and the initial estimate of 5-10 min was not accurate (it was over 30 minutes until we were able to get keys and go to the room) On our second day there, we had to call 5 times (until 6pm) to get our room cleaned (it was not cleaned until nearly 7pm)
