The best hotel I have been to in awhile .. everything is right at your finger tips All the staff were pleasant. Only complaint is that anything the customer is entitled to based on their room or package they paid for would be to go over it with them when they arrive. I purchased a pool villa and never knew the bikes were included, the water bottle and bag were included. I just wonder what else we didn’t know about that we were entitled to that we didn’t use. But overall, I would def stay here again!!

Fairmont is Outstanding

Hi there: We stayed at your property for five nights. I was actually blown away by the level of service and caring that I did not think existed anymore. You have that a staff absolutely shines in customer service. In particular Frances Adorno at front desk could not have been lovelier or more helpful. Making us feel warm and welcome with suggestions for outings and tours. I sought out the concierge and booked two tours from them which were the bio bay in Fajardo and Culebra tour. I was upselling future business in the elevator telling guests they might consider going as it was so fabulous. It was all the little things and the big things. One fellow from housekeeping offered me a warm blanket from the dryer. I had recently showered and had a wet towel draped around me. As I filled my water bottle he likely noticed I was cold and provided a blanket. The restaurants offered great quality provisions with the artistry of a food stylist. I'm a flight attendant and stay at many properties. Please thank your entire staff as it was a most memorable experience. I cannot wait to return. I've stayed at your Fairmont property in Bermuda. Now I must sample some of your other properties. I felt like "Queen for a Day". I work very hard and when I have down time I cannot think of a better place to relax than at the Fairmont. Great potential

It did not start well, I pulled in to the front and there 6 workers standing around, not one offered to help us with luggage, then I check in and I get placed in a handicap room (we’re not handicapped), air conditioning did not work properly, did not get room serviced twice during stay.

Great place to stay

I was there for a week. I walked in to the desk to check in. The older lady that checked me in was rude to us. She didn't get us a tour or explained things to us. We went to dropped the suitcases and the person that helped us was funny. He made my son laugh and all. I went in my room everything was great till I had to wait 2 days to get shampoo that I requested. Besides that the place is absolutely beautiful. I loved the live ban every day. My son enjoyed the beach. I am glad I chose this place with my family. Will definitely come back.

Just OK

Too much nickle and dime-ing. Room was nice but HVAC system obviously needs to be replaced...the cheap dehumidifier was ridiculous that I had to dump the water out every 4 hours and it did nothing for the humidity. A/C set at 65 and it was too hot too sleep. $650 a night plus another $175 in junk fees+ another $27 parking. Your 5 star restaurant charged me $8 for water then took the 3/4 full bottle from the table when he cleared it. Beach front villa was great except you cant use the patio since water is always dripping from the rooms above it. No doubt them dumping out their dehumidifiers. $3k for 3 nights would have been better spent elsewhere but par for the course in PR so overall it was just ok.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

We loved access to the pool and the beach. Food was delicious and the staff was super kind and helpful. We also loved the 5 min trip from the airport (the airport sound was a nonissue) and 20 min trip to Old San Juan.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not wat expected or pictured on the site. Very disappointing. Not worth the rates.

Beautiful Resort

Excluding check in, which was a terrible experience (rude staff and incorrect room given- 3 rooms to get the room we paid for) we had a wonderful experience. The amenities are modern and beautiful. Hotel staff, other than reception, were terrific.
