My wife and I have come here since 2011, and have always been treated very well! We have stayed in the Claude Nobs suite, as well as many king room lake view suites over the years, always a great stay, wonderful views, and restaurants, hospitality and professionalism throughout!

Since the Montreux Jazz Festival had just finished and everything was being dismantled, the surrounding area was a bit chaotic. However, going back to the hotel was great and calm. At the end I asked a room for 2 more hours (for the dog )and I was told it was ok. It made my life easier.
I have been coming to the Montreux Palace for many years. The hotel is so charming and the team is wonderful.
