From London Gatwick Airport: Approximately 39 miles south east of Fairmont Windsor Park, London Gatwick Airport is 55 minutes by car, or 1 hour 50 minutes through a combination of bus and train services.
From London City: Approximately 45 miles east of Fairmont Windsor Park, London City Airport if 2 hours by car, or 2 hours 15 minutes through a combination of bus and train services.

From the M25 take junction 13 and exit on to A30 towards London (W)/Staines. At the roundabout take the 4th exit and stay on the A30 heading to A308/Bagshot/Egham/Windsor

The grounds are beautiful and staff are nice. However AC didn't work and was never fixed and toilet flushed the excrement but not toilet paper and also wasn't fixed when we said it wasnt working. Genuinely disappointed particularly that I took two rooms and was paying 500 pounds a night for each.
Hotel is fine .Had a spot of bother in both the restaurants.but eventually sorted out Bedrooms are spotless and comfy bed.
The hotel was lovely as usual and the staff brilliant - special mention to Victoria, and Tony. Harry on reception is great. And Alexander always happy to help. My only two criticisms: the spa, and that’s because it allows children in to the pool - it’s a beautiful pool but for the four hours that screaming kids are there it is totally ruined. And this cannot be compatible with a five star spa. To be fair the staff are very good at policing the hours and do remove the families when their time is up - and that can’t be easy - and afterwards have to clean up the discarded towels and whatever mess is left; and Dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant. One morning a dog was barking loudly throughout most of breakfast. It’s unhygienic and unacceptable. Such a pity because otherwise this hotel is nearly perfect.

My husband and I had a one night stay at The Fairmont Hotel to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. The entire stay was effortless and a slice of heaven, we were so pleased with the whole experience and would love to return. Customer service is clearly a huge priority for the staff at the hotel and we were made to feel incredibly welcome and as equally respected as any other guest. Staff were very professional and attentive and all staff emitted a very positive attitude. We attended the spa which was excellent and I received a pregnancy massage which was absolutely fantastic and tailored to my needs. The food was delicious and our three course meal was very well paced despite the restaurant being popular. Breakfast was equally fantastic with an excellent array of food choices- all very fresh and regularly replenished. Another appreciated touch were the exquisite flowers in the entrance way, locally produced and smelt wonderful- a really wonderful way to be greeted. On our exit Alex one of the hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed for our departure kindly offering fresh water for the journey home- a very thoughtful touch. Thank you so much to all at the Fairmont Hotel, you made our stay unforgettable.

Wonderful property, nice room, however luggage service was unacceptably slow. Car Valet was bad as well. Waited 45 minutes after check in for my bags even after multiple phone calls. Called to have my car ready and was not ready when i went to front door. Decided to self park the following night and roll my bags to the far away lot. Additionally, received no American Express benefits.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The spa facilities were absolutely fantastic. The staff members were incredibly helpful and the service provided was of excellent quality. The room was extremely comfortable, particularly the bed, which is paramount for a pleasant stay. I will certainly choose to stay here again in the future.
This stay at the Fairmont was planned for a family relaxing Spa weekend. We had two celebrations one was for our two daughters that passed their first year at University of Portsmouthand fourth year of medicine at UCL London. It was also my birthday treat and from my beautiful mum whom I have been caring for with Vascular dementia over a period of five years. I hope to take my mum and sisters for a weekend x
