After booking your hotel, I called ahead of time for my needs, a refrigerator and a microwave, for my room. I spoke to Candice she made sure my needs were met. I called a second/ third time for local information that Google couldn’t provide! Charlene Charlene Charlene!!!! What an asset to your hotel. This was my first time attending Lollapolooza and I was attending alone. She told me the safest way to get from the airport to your hotel. No matter how many questions or times I called with further questions she was like speaking to an old friend. I felt like a burden with my many questions because I was really unsure about attending such a big event alone. Her reassuring demeanor made me confident. To Marie at the Columbus Tap along with Nick my server, made my dining experience great! To Rodney who sang my favorite Chicago song with me! And Benjamin who welcomed me with a big smile and great directions! I can’t say enough about your hotel. If you ever need a” hotel spy” I”ll take the job! My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I wished I was staying longer. On my last day I wanted to say thank you and good bye to the ladies. Candice was off but Charlene was there. While saying goodbye my car service texted and said he was in a traffic jam and would be 35 to 40 minutes late and he couldn’t tell me when someone could take me. I immediately started to panic because I didn’t want to miss my flight home. Charlene immediately jumped into calming me down and fixed my problem! She got me a taxi asap! What customer service! I was so upset I couldn’t think straight. I was so happy she was there! If I ever come to Chicago again I know where to stay! Please thank all of them for me.
The safe didn't work, the cleaners showed up at 9am even though check out was 12p and then proceeded to enter the room( glad we had the chain on the door! ) there was also construction happening that was not mentioned and was right next to my room..

We had just stayed at the hotel about 90 days ago on the gold floor and loved it. But, we won't come back for our quarterly board meetings

Great staff, well located but the hotel needs to be refreshed. I did enjoyed the view from the 29th floor but for a Fairmont I thought it was neglected.
The check in and checkout experience was easy and efficient. The room was inviting and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complications with the door key was the only unpleasant experienice.

I was impressed with the room layout, it was much more spacious than other Chicago hotels I've used. Overall, it was a positive experience.
