    1. Follow Sky Harbor Blvd. to 'East Cities/Exit 202'.

    2. Continue to Hwy 202. Take Hwy 202 East to Hwy 101 Loop North.

    3. Follow Hwy 101 North and exit on Scottsdale Road.

    4. Turn left (south) on Scottsdale Road and continue to Princess Drive.

    5. Turn left (east) on Princess Drive, follow signs to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. (Approx. .03 miles)

    6. Lobby entrance will be on your right.

    To Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport:

    1. Turn right onto Princess Drive, continue to Hayden Road.

    2. Turn left on Hayden Road until Hwy 101 Loop South.

    3. Turn right onto Hwy 101 South.

    4. Continue South on Hwy 101 to Hwy 202.

    5. Take Hwy 202 West and continue to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport exit.

Discriminatory

We had a wonderful stay for the first 90% of the trip. The last night (Monday) my husband took his laptop to “Provisions” to sit and do some work. It was well lit and inviting. He purchased a coffee and started to work. Almost immediately a manager began to hover around him and then dimmed the lights to make my husband feel uncomfortable and to make it difficult to continue working. My husband ultimately left without complaining. We returned back to the Lobby/“Provisions” area shortly thereafter, on our way to get dinner, and the lights had been turned back up. We are not complainers, we spent A lot of money at the hotel (enjoying the on-site restaurants, the spa, in-room dining, and the weekend festivities) and would not make this kind of accusation up lightly. On Tuesday morning, upon check-out, I shared this with “Emily” and she stated that someone would call me to discuss it. As of now (Saturday), no one has. This type of ignorance and discrimination is clearly a part of the resort culture, which is HIGHLY unfortunate because it was otherwise a lovely time. We are an high-earning African/American family of 5, for reference, not that it should matter. How disgusting that everyone does not get treated with dignity and respect at this establishment regardless of race and economic status.

Excellent Service!

We enjoyed our accommodations and the amazing service at the Privado. The golf cart drivers and bellmen all went out of their way to accommodate our family! Even my 15 year old son commented on how incredible the service was at the resort. We felt very spoiled and well taken care of during our weekend stay. Ryan, our server at the Princess pool cabana provided fantastic service however the cabana experience at the slide pool left a lot to be desired in the way of service. At the slide pool cabana we had to follow up on the server constantly and he would disappear quite a bit. It is understood that the family experience at the slide pool would be a bit different than the Princess pool with its larger side and less children but the service should be the same. The servers at the slide pool should receive training from Ryan at the Princess pool. Thank you to the Princess staff for taking such amazing care with our family! It was a much needed get away from our hectic schedules.

Great retreat

We absolutely loved the Pivoto suites. The customer service everywhere we went was amazing. We had lovely experiences from valet , restaurants , to even checkout. The pools were great. There were many options . And the dining was lovely too. We cannot wait to stay again.
